Lunivilo is in private beta. This page explains how Google sign-in, optional Drive sync and your AI accounts work.
Google sign-in identifies your account. Drive access is separately optional. Lunivilo requests access to its own hidden application data folder, not all your Google Drive files. When connected, it uploads saved chats, uploaded files, generated-file previews and preferences to this folder. Data uses your Google storage. Lunivilo does not add end-to-end encryption to these Drive records.
Sync retains revision history and conflict copies. Deleting a chat removes it from the current workspace after sync, but earlier revisions remain in Drive. To permanently remove all synced records, use Google Drive settings → Manage apps → Lunivilo → Delete hidden app data. Disconnect Lunivilo first on all devices. Clearing this site’s browser data removes local copies and API keys. Deleting only browser data does not delete Drive data.
Messages, relevant memories and attachments are sent to the provider you select, through Lunivilo’s Cloudflare gateway. Research queries and requested public pages go to Ollama’s web-search service. Provider billing, retention and terms apply. Google sign-in does not provide free AI credits.
API keys are stored encrypted in your browser’s IndexedDB, separated by Google account. The encryption key is also held by the browser, so this is not protection against malicious code executing on this website or someone controlling your browser profile. Keys are excluded from Google Drive sync and chat exports. Your key is transmitted over HTTPS to the Lunivilo gateway and then the selected provider for each API request; it is not stored by application server code.
Chats and files have a local browser copy for fast access. Signing out does not erase it. Shared computers should clear site data after use. Tokens remain in memory and expire; reconnect to resume sync. Usage counters, open tabs and keys remain device-local in this version. No analytics or advertising has been added.
